HOMENAJE a VICTORINA - ONCE Vueltas BILBAO
Desde la Asociación IAIA, queremos rendir un emotivo homenaje a Victorina, una mujer que formó parte del Grupo ONCE Vueltas de Bilbao y tejía con nosotras con pasión y dedicación. Victorina vivió una vida llena de dificultades, pero logró transformarlas en una obra hermosa donde la lana le acompañaba allí donde estuviera. Siempre fue un ejemplo de cómo, incluso cuando los hilos que nos entrega la vida son oscuros, se puede tejer algo maravilloso alrededor, simplemente con la actitud correcta, las ganas de hacerlo y, sobre todo, con la luz que ella siempre irradiaba: una sonrisa, una palabra amable y una caricia, no solo para los suyos, sino para todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.
Fue una de nuestras primeras tejedoras y una gran fuente de inspiración en la creación de esta Red de Tejedoras en este grupo. Nunca dejó de tejer, hasta el último de sus días. Hoy, montones de mantas tejidas con su amor y esfuerzo siguen dando calor a quienes más lo necesitan allí donde estén, cada una con su punto de solidaridad elevado a cuadrados que perdurarán como testamento de su bondad. Nos sentimos honradas de haber podido disfrutar de sus conocimientos, de su experiencia y de su compañía e ilusionadas de recordarla con el mismo cariño que ella nos transmitía.
No hay mejor legado que ese. Gracias, Victorina, por habernos enseñado tanto con tu ejemplo, tu fuerza y tu generosidad. Te recordaremos siempre.
